The house renovation included the creation of a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area by combining the existing, separate kitchen and a bedroom into a single volume. The dining area was newly appointed with three expansive windows.

Furthermore, the ridge height of the tiled roof was raised, increasing the ceiling height from 2.40 meters to 2.70 meters.
